Shipping Policy

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That's why we provide free USA shipping from our warehouses by e-packet and in USA by USPS. Please be advised that occasional shipping/tracking delays may occur. It is rare that these delays will exceed 7 business days.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. to over 200 countries. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

Lost/ Missing Packages
Young Grannies is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Young Grannies is NOT responsible for any lost/stolen packages.

Customs
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Shipping Times
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

  • -United states: 4-14 Business Days
  •  Outside the US: 7-14 Business Days
  • *This does not include our 2-5 Business Day processing time
  • *all Shipping times exclude clearance/custom delays and covid-19 delays

Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped, but sometimes due to free shipping, tracking is not available.

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ygrannies.com. Please note that any customer requesting a return is responsible for any return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Young Grannies E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We will accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time. Returns/exchanges will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:

- Any items that are returned damaged

- Any items returned that appear to be worn, washed, and/or altered

- Any items with rips, stains, and/or holes

- any items that arrive at our facility AFTER 30 days of the original purchase date

Any items returned to our Distribution Center that do not qualify will be discarded.
